Emergency Data Recovery Response Team
Disklabs Data Recovery recognised the need to have a specialist team that can be put into action in an instant when data loss is most critical. The Emergency Data Recovery Response Team (EDRRT) includes key personnel from all areas of our Disklabs division.
The Team is lead by the Disklabs Data Recovery Technical Manager who specialises in all areas of hard disk drive data recovery. With over 20 years experience in the field he has an unparalleled depth of knowledge.
The EDRRT is completed by another of the data recovery analysts. This DR analyst brings not only a wealth of data recovery experience in external and intrusive recovery practises but is also a qualified and experienced computer forensic analyst. This knowledge base is particularly valuable when solving cases of data corruption and file consistency damage.
Behind the EDRRT Disklabs Data Recovery have the support team which is made up of non-technical personnel. This consists of its own dedicated sales, customer services team and transport department. Disklabs Data Recovery has a full time dedicated CRB vetted same day courier. Meaning that when we get the go ahead we can take control of the whole situation from collection of the exhibit to the return.
