4.Confidentiality
Disklabs Data Recovery agrees not to disclose any and all information or data files supplied with, stored on, or recovered from client equipment to any third parties except to employees , independent contractors, lawyers, or agents of Disklabs Data Recovery subject to confidentiality agreements or as required by law.
5. Payment
Payment is due in full upon completion of successful recovery, prior to release of data (whether shipped, picked up or downloaded), unless by special previous arrangement.
Successful data recovery is defined as recovery of data that was not accessible or visible under the client’s computer operating system.
The client agrees to pay for data recovery even if Disklabs Data Recovery has partially recovered the data.
No-data no-fee applies only when Disklabs Data Recovery provide a No Fix No Fee* on all standard service single hard drive data recovery instructions. This does not include the cost of any parts required to enable the engineers to repair the media to enable Disklabs Data Recovery to be able to access the data. The client is financially responsible for all shipping costs, custom duties and taxes to and from Disklabs Data Recovery.
Disklabs Data Recovery accept payment by Debit Card, Credit Card, (Credit Card incurs a 2.5% surcharge), American Express card, (American Express incurs a 5% surcharge), BACS transfer CHAPS transfer and cash.
6. Warranty
Disklabs Data Recovery makes no warranty, express or implied, and Disklabs Data Recovery disclaims any warranty of any kind, for the services being provided or discussed hereunder.
