All products must be returned in anti-static bags with suitable hard drive packaging. 1st Computer Traders Ltd will not credit or replace products during carriage. All containers must have our RMA number clearly marked on the outside and a copy of this form attached. Failure to comply with the above will cause rejection of the product.
