Warranty

Warranty on all products at 1CT varies from DOA, (Dead On Arrival), to a full 1 year warranty. Warranty is dealt with by our RMA department who can be contacted on +44 (0)1827 55555 or rma@1ct.com

The expected turnaround of returned goods is 7 working days.

Goods found to have NFF, (No Fault Found), will incur a 20% surcharge.

No goods will be accepted by our returns section until an RMA, (Returned Merchandise Authorisation) number has been issued and is clearly stated on the outside of the box.
